What are your current custom wetsuit lead times?

Production time is currently 4 weeks from when measurements are submitted and a purchase is made.

What is your refund or return policy?

Each 7TILL8 custom wetsuit are made only for you and cannot be refunded. Each custom wetsuit is final sale. Instead our team of alteration experts will work with you to get the perfect fit. 

7TILL8 sized (non - custom) products cannot be refunded after usage or any sign of damage to the wetsuit.

Will you save my custom wetsuit measurements once I submit them?

Yes, our team will save your measurements for future orders and will use the most recent ones on file. Please inform our team if you would like to update your measurements.

There are a lot of factors to consider when purchasing a new wetsuit, such as warmth, comfort, flexibility, and durability. Overall performance can be significantly lowered by a bad fit.

Wearing our custom-fit wetsuits puts less stress on the seams and materials, extending the life of the wetsuit. A tailored wetsuit also creates a distraction-free experience that elevates your comfort and performance in the water.

How good is the quality on a 7TILL8 Wetsuit?

We ditched the assembly line and instead have our expert craftsmen carefully construct your wetsuit to perfection.

Each wetsuit is hand built and treated with individual care.Each construction process is monitored to ensure that every cut, seam, and stitch is carefully executed with the utmost integrity.

Our quality control team reviews every single wetsuit to make sure they meet the high-quality standard that we set.We choose and source the best materials, design our own wetsuits, and build each wetsuit specifically for the customer.We stand behind everything we build. If for any reason the wetsuit does not fit, we will alter, remake and work with you to make sure your 7TILL8 wetsuit fits the way it should.

How can I be certain that my custom wetsuit will fit?

Our proprietary technology creates patterns using precise mathematical formulas to perfectly match your measurements.

Our video tutorial will teach you how to measure the different points on your body. Submit as you go and one of our pattern makers will review your measurements to make sure there are no errors. Don’t worry; we always reach out to the customer if we see a mistake.If for any reason the wetsuit does not fit, we will alter, remake and work with you to make sure your 7TILL8 wetsuit fits the way it should.

Are my measurements saved to my profile?

Yes, all measurements are saved. This means you do not need to be re-measured for future orders. Our team will produce a wetsuit with the most recent measurements on file.

How can I access my measurements?

Log in to your 7TILL8 account to see all your measurements as well as your order history.

Use your same email and contact information as your purchase to log in.

Repair Policy

What repairs fall within your policy?

Any wetsuit that meets the criteria below is completely covered by our Craftsmen's Pledge Warranty. Please review this criteria prior to submitting your Repair request. Our current lead time for repairs under this criteria is 4 weeks.

1. Stitch Breaks
2. Neck Seam, Crotch Seam, Knee Seam repairs
3. Bungee cords breaks
4. Snap Replacement
5. Zipper Replacement

What repairs do not fall within your policy?

Any wetsuit that meet the criteria below is not covered by our Craftsmen's Pledge Warranty. Please review this criteria prior to submitting your Repair request. Repairs under this criteria require a service charge of $50 and a lead time of 6 weeks.

1. Kneepad replacments
2. Holes from compression fixes
3. Accidental fin gash and holes on wetsuits
4. Excessive seam repairs
5. Panel replacements due to material degredation
6. Neoprene deterioration due to sun-damage / machine washing / (Yellow coloring on glue / Red taping turning white or pink)
7. Fabric damage requiring replacement of panels
8. Accidental or any damage made to a 7TILL8 wetsuit will be assessed by our team to ensure the repair is possible to be fixed
9. All repairs done by a third party will void the warranty of the 7TILL8 wetsuit

We encourage you to take care of your wetsuit to not only prolong the material integrity, but also to allow our team to perform an effective repair. Each repair request is reviewed thoroughly, and if a repair cannot be conducted thoroughly, a reason will be provided.

Please also consider that all 7TILL8 products can be assessed for repairs. If you are submitting a repair request for a product that is not a 7TILL8 custom wetsuit, but a 7TILL8 product please still consider submitting a repair form and our team will do their best to perform repairs to extend the life of your 7TILL8 product.

For all repairs that require to be shipped back, a small $15 charge will be processed during your repair form submission. You will be instructed during the submission form where to send your repair to and or drop off your wetsuit for repair.

What are your current repair lead times?

If covered under our repair policy, our current lead time is 4 weeks.

If not covered under our repair policy, our current lead time is 6 weeks

Alterations Policy

What alterations fall within your policy?

Any wetsuit that needs alterations within the first year of fulfillment is completely covered under the 7TILL8 Craftsmen's Pledge.

Our team is happy to alter this wetsuit free of charge.

Our current alteration lead time for wetsuits fulfilled under 1 year is 4 weeks.

What alterations do not fall within your policy?

Any wetsuit that was fulfilled over 1-year ago is not covered under our Craftsmen's Pledge Warranty.

Any alteration requests after 1-year will result in a Service Charge of $95 for replacement parts and labor and a lead time of 6 weeks.

Regardless of when the wetsuit was fulfilled, the following alterations cannot be accommodated:

- Wetsuit is tight as a result of weight gain, muscle gain, and/or height change.

- Wetsuit is a non-custom 7TILL8 product.

- Wetsuit requires additional zipper or velcro implementations.


All alterations made by a third party to a 7TILL8 wetsuit will void the 7TILL8 warranty policy.

What are your current alteration lead times?

If covered under our alteration policy, our current lead time is 4 weeks.

If not covered under our alteration policy, our current lead time is 6 weeks.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Every 7TILL8 wetsuit includes free US shipping via USPS or UPS. An additional $50 is required for international shipping. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Does the international shipping charge include duties and taxes?

No, it only covers the cost of delivery. Please contact your local customs office to obtain the duties and taxes rate for your country

What countries do you ship to? Will I have to pay additional international tariffs or taxes?

We ship globally to any destination. Tariff and tax rates will apply, but due to fluctuations in these charges, we are unable to include them in the price of shipping. Please check with your local customs office for these charges and contact us if you need any help.

Can I change my shipping address?

Other

I just bought my custom wetsuit, but I want to change the color/thickness/or entry. Can I change it?

We offer a 24-hour grace period for any change requests Please contact us atinfo@7TILL8.com as soon as possible to make a change request.

Can I manage multiple measurements from one account?

No, only your specific measurements can be managed through your user account.

Can you make custom wetsuits for children?

We can make wetsuits for children, however they have to be within our measurement height of 4 feet. It's understood that they grow up quickly and so accommodating alterations will be limited.
